Purpose

To report clinical results of the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) in patients with history of radial keratotomy (RK) from the United Kingdom.

Setting

High-volume, private-practice in the United Kingdom.

Methods

Eight patients with prior RK had cataract surgery with LAL implantation. Eyes were allowed to heal for a minimum of 6 weeks. Once the refraction has been deemed stable, adjustments were performed using the Light Delivery Device to adjust the refraction and improve the vision. The target refraction was based on patient feedback and visual goals.

Up to 3 adjustments were performed. Once the target refraction has been achieved, lock-in treatments were performed to prevent further changes in the refraction.

Results

Refractive and visual results will be presented.

Conclusions

Conclusions will be presented.
