Purpose
To study the visual and refractive outcome of patients with myopic astigmatism undergoing keratorefractive lenticular extraction femtosecond laser 2000 kHz using the oculign software on the VisuMax 800
Setting
all cases were performed by single surgeon at anand hospital eye centre jaipur india .
The tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki were followed, and institutional ethics approval was obtained from the ethics committee. Informed consent was obtained from all patients before the procedure.
Methods
In this retrospective study, 50 eyes of 25 patients were enrolled. Patients with inclusion criteria of myopia of less than 10 D with myopic astigmatism upto 4 D, stable refraction for at least 1 year, minimum age 18 years and corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA) better than 20/25 Snellen refraction were selected. Small incision lenticule extraction was performed in all the eyes using the VisuMax 800 with OcuAlign software. Post operatively Visual acuity, refractive error, and alignment accuracy were evaluated .preop and post op HOA and quality of vision was also recorded ,spherical equivalent was assessed on day 1 , day 7 and follow up was done upto 3month.
Results
During study 50 eyes of patients were treated. The mean age of the patients was 26.46 ± 5.7 years ranging from 18 -50 years with maximum patients i.e. 80.25% in age group of 18-30 years.
Mean seq 4.31 ± 2.27 ds range 0.5-10.25 ds with preop ucva LogMAR 1.05 ± 0.2. Post op seq 0.12 ± 0.22 ds ranging 0-1.12 dioptres. Post op ucva was 0 ± 0.04 Log Mar day 1 and 0 ± 0.03 Log mar on day 7, 1 month and 3rd . Ucva 20/20 or better in 94.95 % on day 1 , 98.80 % of the eyes day 7 and gain of one line in 5.50% . the mean hoa fell from .33 to .16 microns. coma fell from .17 to .1

Conclusions
The OcuAlign software on the VisuMax 800 platform is an effective tool for achieving excellent visual and refractive outcomes in patients undergoing femtosecond laser-assisted lenticule extractionwith myopic astigmatism .
