Purpose
There are many proposals for addressing similar negative symptoms, such as shadows or dysphotopsia. Our case illustrates which method provides the highest satisfaction for patients.
Setting
Unilateral Dysphotopsia After Bilateral Intraocular Lens Implantation – Treatment Options (Reimplantation, Bioptics) – Case Report
Methods
Bilateral Reimplantation Procedure with Bioptic – A Secondary Procedure for Correcting Paracentral Scotomas
Results
The patient achieved the absence of negative scotomas in the visual field and excellent vision quality for both distance and near acuity.
Conclusions
There are many proposals for addressing similar negative symptoms, such as shadows or dysphotopsia. Our case illustrates which method provides the highest satisfaction for patients
