To present a rare case of difuse iris depigmentation after corneal crosslinking

Report of case
A 26 y.o patient, presented with diffuse iris depigmentation 2 months after uneventful corneal crosslinking, for the treatment of progressive keratoconus. Despite marked aesthetic impact, there was no significant visual symptoms. The cause of this unusual finding remains unclear, and is thought to be related to an extended misuse of topical moxyflocaxin in the postoperative period.
