This Abstract Explores The Integration Of New Trends In Ophthalmic Practice, Encompassing The Use Of Vuity Eye Drops, Tyrvaya Nasal Spray, Durysta, Cxl Unbound, Light Adjustable Lenses, Capsulaser, And Tepezza. 

A Comprehensive Range Of Services, Including Artificial Iris Implantation, Phacoemulsification, Icl Implantation, Squint Surgeries, And Endoscopic Dcr, Ensuring That Patients Receive Cutting-Edge Treatments And Personalized Care For Various Ophthalmic Needs.

Number of new eye surgical practices done under topical anaesthesia on both eyes as a day case in our premed is in Bahrain for the first time which increased the patient satisfaction and reduced the waiting list substantially. 

Patient satisfaction has been achieved in over 95% of the cases and the cost of surgery also has been reduced to 50% and no significant complications. 

Doing bilateral eye surgey whether refractive, ICL, or cataract surgery under topical anaesthesia as a day case have tremendous benefits to the patients and increased turnover of patients in eye care establishments in Bahrain.
