Setting
Private hospital, Ishwar Eye Centre, Haryana, India
Methods
204 eyes of 102 subjects were taken as sample size. CCT, SIM K1,K2, Ant Q, Post Q, SIM PK1,PK2 measurements were performed using pentacam and then with Eyestar devices. Analysis used SPSS software, paired t test and Bland Altman plots.
Results
Mean±SD of CCT-not significantly different (p value=0.518). Mean ± SD of SIM K1 in Pentacam 43±1.83, Eyestar 42.95±1.77, no significant difference (p value=.397). Mean ± SD of SIM K2 in Pentacam 44.12±1.89 ,significantly higher compared to measured by Eyestar (43.98±1.8)(p value=0.007).Mean ± SD of AntQ in Pentacam 0.31±0.18 and Eyestar 0.32±0.15, no significant difference (p value=0.773). Mean ± SD of PostQ in Pentacam 0.34±0.23, significantly higher as compared to Eyestar (0.29 ± 0.19)(p value<.0001).Mean ± SD of SIM PK in Pentacam 6.11±0.34, significantly higher compared to Eyestar (6.03±0.27)(p value<.0001). Mean±SD of SIM PK2 in Pentacam 6.41±0.34 which was significantly higher as compared to Eyestar (6.26±0.33) (p value <.0001).
