Video Summary

The author feels that the Argentinian flag has an  iatrogenic   origin. Just by going as far as possible from the equatorial region the central part of the intumescent cataract is chosen for primary rhexis, not realizing that that  this place has the maximum potential energy to generate an Argentinian flag.

In our video we have demonstrated that making a small rhexis in the midperipheral part of the anterior capsule is safest option wherein after the rhexis the soft and loose lens matter is aspirated with the help of 27 g cannula attached to a 1 cc syringe . After the deflation . a bigger rhexis is made without any fear of run away rhexis.
