Video Summary

POSTERIOR CAPSULE RUPTURE WAS NOT NOTICED BY THE SURGEON NEITHER THE SENIOR during phacoemulsification 1 procedure when the phaco probe slipt from the tunnel and the eye while the surgeon press on the foot pedal on postion 3 from the phacoemulsification lead to hitting of the subincisional anterior capsular rim and while cracking of the nucleus the anterior capsular tear have been slipt posteriorly . However , the surgery moved forword and didn't noticed by the surgeon as well until the end of phaco 2 with the last quadrant of the nucleus . Most importantly don't panic or remove the phaco probe from the eye to avoid back pressure and vitreous prolapse .
