Corneal Myxoma After Micropulse Transscleral Cyclophotocoagulation Managed By Simple Peeling

To describe a case of corneal myxoma after micropulse transscleral cyclophotocoagulation (MP-TCP) managed by simple peeling.

A 36 years-old female diagnosed with childhood traumatic glaucoma developed gaint corneal myxoma post MP-TCP. 

Management with a new and simple technique in minor tretment room with peeling was achived successufly with no further recurrence.  

Corneal myxoma was confirmed by histopathology after excesion. No further recurrence was noted. 

To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case reported of corneal myxoma after glaucoma treatment with MP-TCP.  Simple peeling is recommended for management.
