Purpose
Discussing recent and new ideas for treatment of fungal keratitis: ozone,CXL versus intra stromal anti fungal injection.
Setting
Assiut University hospital clinics from June 2020 to March 2023
Methods
Studying effect of ozone therapy intra stromal injection of antifungal or CXL on 36 patients suffering fungal keratitis devided intothree equal groups.
Results
Success rate was higher in studied groups with injection was 76%, CXL 78% and 87%for ozone.
Conclusions
Ozone therapy carries highest cure rate followed by CXL and intrastromal injection than conventional treatment.
