To analyze the middle-term results of the corneal collagen crosslinking with riboflavin and UV-A light in eyes with keratoconus 4 and a half years after introducing the method in Azerbaijan.

From April 2020 to Jan 2023 50 eyes (25 patients) were treated. We analyzed the preoperative and postoperative corneal topography values and the central corneal thickness.

The average maximal Sim keratometry values within the 3-mm central zone, the average astigmatism and the high order aberrations Cornea have diminished, the central corneal thickness, measured by ultrasound pachymetry has remained the same. There are no clinically significant complications after the procedure.

The corneal collagen crosslinking with riboflavin and UV-A light in eyes with keratoconus is an effective procedure for stabilizing the keratometry values. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE: No
