to present the data for a novel technique for phacoemulsification and silicone oil removal with the use of a novel ring implant.

Methods
fixOflex capsular reconstructor is a recently designed device . Aims to assist implantation and exchange of IOLs where the conditions are not optimal or an error implantation has occurred.We present the technique with the use of Fixoflex , a recently designed ring implant, for the phacoemulsification and silicone oil removal
Results
FixOflex intra capsular ring assisted posterior capsulorexis for silicone oil removal after VR surgery and safe IOL insertion. We use the ring in order to provide stability of the posterior capsule and application of forces optimally.
Conclusions
The use of Fixoflex may result in safer surgery and better results in a range of procedures
