Purpose
To evaluate agreement between various biometric parameters in post-LASIK eyes using three measurement devices.

Silmaasema Silmasairaala Turku, Finland
Methods
20 post-LASIK eyes of 10 RLE patients were measured using the ARGOS, Pentacam, and IOLMaster500. Patients mean age was 56 years, 50% were females. Keratometry (K1 flat meridian, and K2 steep meridian), total cylinder power (CYL), and anterior chamber depth (ACD) were measured. Jackson cross-cylinder J0 and J45 were calculated. Linear mixed model was used to compare device differences, and Pearson correlation co-efficiency was used.
Results
Keratometry K1 mean values were 40,55D/40,65D/40,53D (ARGOS/Pentacam/IolMaster), p=0,81 for device difference, and correlations were 0,991-0,996, p<0,001 for all. K2 mean value were 41,52D/41,61D/41,47D, p=0.79, and correlations were 0,990-0,996, p<0,001. CYL mean values were 0,97D/0,96D/0,94D, p=0.99, and correlations were 0,718-0,916, p<0,001. J0 mean values were -0,014/0,019/0,021, p=0.75, and correlations were 0,610-0,748, p<0,004. J45 mean values were 0,189/0,331/0,246, p=0,21, and correlations were 0,792-0,916, p<0,001. ACD mean values were 3,40mm/3,31mm/3,36mm, p<0,001 between ARGOS and Pentacam, p=0,37 between ARGOS and IolMaster. Correlations of ACD were 0,959-0,994, p<0,001.
Conclusions
Keratometry and cylinder power measurements are in line with ARGOS, Pentacam and IolMaster in post-LASIK eyes. Cylinder directions calculated with Jackson cross-cylinders are statistically the same, and with small absolute differences. Anterior chamber depth was measured deeper with ARGOS compared to Pentacam. Correlations of various biometric parameters were high between different devices.
