Methods
This study included 64 eyes of 32 patients (aged 41 to 62 years).Postop trifocal IOL implantation included hyperopic residual refraction. They had Phaco surgery in various clinics between 2019-2020. Patients had residual hyperopia between +0.75 and +1.75 D andAstigmatism between +0.50 and +1.25 D.With the SMILE module, a stromal pocket with a diameter of 7.70 mm was created in the corneas of the patients. The cover thickness from the corneal surface is 130 μm.2mm incision. The pocket was dissected using a blunt spatula. implanted fresh myopic lenticule
Results
Distance Visual Acuity, patients were followed for an average of 1 year. UDVA (0.62±0.09 LogMAR before op increased at 12 months postoperatively (0.08±0.05 LogMAR; p<0.001).UNVA (35cm) increased from 6J to 2J preop, 1 year postoperatively, statistically significant (p<0.001).UNVA (70 cm) preop from 6 J to 3J postop 1-year, this improvement was statistically significant (p<0.001)
