Photopic pupil diameter was 2.76 (±0.64)mm with a statistically significant difference between m and f (p=7e-04) and a weak negative correlation with age (R=-0.29)but no correlation with SEQ (R=0.01, p>0.05).
On the other hand mesopic pupil diameter showed a strong negative correlation with age (R=-0.51, p<0.001), a weak negative correlation with SEQ (R=-0.1) and a statistically significant difference between m and f (p< 0.05)with a mean value of 5.06 (±1.19)mm.
Chord μ had a mean vector of 0.23 (± 0.13)mm with no statistically significant difference between m and f (p>0.05) and a weak correlation with age (R=0.16) and SEQ (R=0.28).
Chord α had a mean vector of 0.44 (±0.16)mm with no statistically significant difference between f an m (p>0.05) and a weak correlation with age (R=0.12), but a moderate correlation with SEQ (R=0.33).
B/F ratio had a mean value of 81.95 (±1.61)% and showed no statistically significant difference between f and m. There was no correlation with age but a weak negative correlation with SEQ (R=-0.14).
