Patient undergoing Unilateral Cataract surgery in a tertiary care centre in Southern India

Methods

A One Year Prospective Interventional Study

Duration: January 2021 – December 2021

Sample Size —30

Results

EDOF lenses

on 4th week follow up-

90% were with with 6/6 -6/9 

86% with N8 near vision

intermediate 90% in patients

Haloes in 30% of patients

glare in 26%

Conclusions

EDOF lenses can be safely implanted in patients undergoing cataract surgery with good visual outcomes
