We will elevate ophthalmic training worldwide through a unified curriculum, expanded learning platforms and increased skills‑based educational opportunities.

We will build sustainable collaborations with societies, industry, global partners and policymakers to expand our impact and advocacy.

We will ensure long‑term organisational strength by improving governance, diversifying leadership, expanding revenue streams and modernising digital infrastructure.
