Cataract Pre-OP Display

Cataract Pre-OP Display

In collaboration with Prof Naoyuki Maeda, Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine, Japan, OCULUS has developed a display for a comprehensive evaluation of the anterior eye segment before cataract surgery. “The Cataract Pre-OP display contains all necessary parameters to select, calculate and position premium IOLs,†said an OCULUS spokeswoman. “This new display supports distinguishing whether a spheric, aspheric, multifocal or toric IOL might be the best solution for the patient. Only the necessary parameters are displayed which are colour coded and described in detail to assure an intuitive use. This new display is part of the cataract package and free of charge to existing users,†she said.
