Dear Colleagues As we begin another week of the COVID - 19 challenge we bring you news on some of the work that is being done around the world to develop treatment for and vaccines to prevent this most awful disease. It is encouraging to know that so many different scientists, universities and commercial groups are working together to find solutions.  At the same time, we are cautioned that even with Artificial Intelligence assistance and advanced computer modelling a vaccine before the middle of 2021 will not be possible even with considerable investment and funding. We are continuing to communicate with our friends and colleagues across Europe and later this week will have updates from Germany, Austria and Spain. Please stay safe and well. Rudy Nuijts
