Small capsulorhexis in high intercapsular pressure ,we aim to avoid of extension of the capsulorhexise to the periphery , and change the procedure of cataract surgery . In this studied small capsulorhexis with a minimum irrigation . It is safety technique with more advantages .

This case series studied the use of small capsulorhexis Phacoemulsification surgery between May 2010 and June 2011


The study included 100 patients of which 64 patients were males and 36 patients were females, .The mean age of patients was 65 years (range50 -70 years). With best results in white cataract , morgagnian cataract, hypermatuer cataract.


Small capsulorhexis with minimum irrigation. This technique is easy and safe to minimize Intercapsular pressure within normal to avoid escape of the recesses .
