Join us from 01-03 November in Trinity College Dublin for a 2-day workshop

“All Things Marketing” is a dynamic, practice-driven workshop tailored for ophthalmologists and practice managers seeking to enhance their marketing capabilities in a healthcare setting. Delivered in-person at Trinity Business School from 7–9 November 2025, the programme equips participants with the strategic insight, ethical frameworks, and practical tools required to build effective marketing strategies for hybrid and private practices.

An application for accreditation for the Leadership, Business & Innovation Practice Management Weekend, Dublin, Ireland, through European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) has been made.

Workshop Programme

All Things Marketing 

Led by Dr Eamonn O’Raghallaigh, a Teaching Fellow at Trinity Business School, attendees will explore the evolving role of marketing in modern ophthalmology. Sessions include deep dives into traditional vs. digital marketing, brand visibility, ethical collaboration with industry, and the smart use of social media platforms. Real-world case studies and expert-led discussions will help participants understand how to promote their services without compromising patient trust or professional integrity.

Whether you’re just starting in private practice or looking to refine your current approach, this workshop provides the roadmap, insights, and peer learning needed to take your marketing to the next level.

What you really need to know about AI right now

Join AI Business School Co-Founder/Chief Commercial Officer Vanessa Foser as she helps to cut through all of the noise and hype about AI and focuses in on what ophthalmologists need to know today about use of AI in clinical practice. Based in Zurich, the AI Business School supports organizations in their digital transformation by combining people empowerment (digital awareness creation and training programs) with business impact creation. Ms Foser and her team are leading in making workforces literate in (Generative) AI and its everyday use/ application.

In addition, members of the LBI Committee will share the AI tools that they are currently using in daily practice/daily life to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
