The registration fee includes:

ESCRS Member - Available to current members of the ESCRS. Please use your membership login details when registering to avail of the Member rate.
ESCRS Non-Member - Available to ophthalmologists and medical doctors.
Trainee / Resident (Age Limit 35) Available to ophthalmologists in training/residency programmes who are under 35 years of age. The below verification form must be completed and signed by your employer/educational institution. This must be submitted prior to registration, together with identification showing date of birth. If you are over 35 and still in full time training, please contact email@example.com and we will review your case.
Ophthalmic Nurse/Technician - Available only to ophthalmic nurses, technicians and orthoptists. Verification in the form of a work identification or a letter written in English from your employer must be submitted prior to registration.
Allied Healthcare Professional - Available to optometrists, practice managers, PhDs, MBAs, healthcare administrators, office support staff and ophthalmic photographers. Doctors and Commercial representatives can NOT avail of this fee. Verification in the form of a work identification or a letter written in English from your employer must be submitted prior to registration.
Corporate - Available to commercial representatives and corporate personnel of companies not exhibiting who have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending, but do not have a product or service to exhibit. No solicitation is permitted. Employees of exhibiting companies are not entitled to pay this fee and must register via the relevant contact from their company.

Registration and wetlab fees must be paid in full within 10 days. When completing payment by bank transfer please send the confirmation of transaction to firstname.lastname@example.org which must include the name and user ID of the attending delegate.

Group Registration Information
Group registrations can be managed by creating an account in the registration portal.
Please Note: UK VAT at 20% is applied to all customers except for B2B EU customers where reverse charge applies, and B2B Non-EU customers who are outside the scope of UK VAT.
- On the first page of registration, please indicate that you are registering a group.
- If you have an EU VAT number please enter this in the field provided on the registration form.
- If you are a registered business located outside the EU, you will be required to upload proof of business.
- Enter the company information that should appear on the invoice on the registration form.
Once the group account is created, you will be able to choose the required registration packages for your group. You can login to your account at any point to purchase additional registration packages.
To complete a delegate registration, you must assign the packages to the participants by entering the individual delegate information. Where you provide us with personal data on behalf of someone else during the group registration process, please ensure you have their consent to share their personal information with us.
Please note, a valid and unique email address is required for each registration. This is very important to ensure that the participants have access to the Virtual Meeting. You should only insert the company email address in the secondary field provided.
