The registration fee includes:
• Access to the conference centre for the duration of the meeting
• Access to the exhibition
• Access to all sessions
• Access to all instructional courses (Please note, there is an additional charge for wetlab courses)
• Meeting Material
We are pleased to offer substantially reduced fees to trainees and nurses. Attendees found misrepresenting themselves as a trainee or nurse will have their registration cancelled with no refund.
ESCRS has a no tolerance policy for badge sharing. Lost or misplaced badges will not be reprinted. If a badge is lost, you will be required to pay the full registration fee.

ESCRS Members should sign in using their membership log in details to proceed with registration. If you are not an ESCRS member, please create a new account to register. If you are speaking at the Meeting or presenting a paper or poster there may be an account already set up for you in the system. ESCRS Member - Available to current members of the ESCRS.
ESCRS Non-Member - Available to ophthalmologists and medical doctors.
Trainee / Resident (Age Limit 35) - Available to trainees/Residents under 35 years of age. A letter of verification from employer or clinical supervisor is required, along with a form of ID containing DOB. All verification letters must be in English.
Ophthalmic Nurse / Technician - Available only to ophthalmic nurses, technicians and orthoptists. Verification is required in the form of a Work ID or letter from your hospital. All verification letters must be in English.
Allied Healthcare Professional - Includes optometrists, practice managers, PhDs, MBAs, healthcare administrators, office support staff and ophthalmic photographers. Doctors and Commercial representatives are not entitled to pay this fee. Verification is required in the form of a Work ID or letter from your employer or hospital. All verification letters must be in English.
Corporate - Available to commercial representatives and corporate personnel of companies not exhibiting who have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending, but do not have a product or service to exhibit. No solicitation is permitted. Employees of exhibiting companies are not entitled to pay this fee and must register via the relevant contact from their company.

Due to the huge demand for places on wetlab courses, we advise to purchase tickets well in advance.
Delegates who are registered as part of a group can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for their login details to purchase wetlabs.
PAYMENT INFORMATION - more...
Registration and wetlab fees must be paid in full within 10 days. When completing payment by bank transfer please send the confirmation of transaction to email@example.com which must include the name and user ID of the attending delegate.

* Verification will be required to complete registration.
No Exhibitors are entitled to any of these fees or dual registrations.
·Registrations cancelled by 26 December 2019 will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
·Registrations cancelled between 27 December 2019 and 23 January 2020 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
·Registrations cancelled after 23 January 2020 will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made to the credit card used when registering.
Failed visa applications: Cancellations from Delegates after a bona fide failed visa application will be refunded the registration fees providing the Registration Department is notified in writing by 12 February 2020. A copy of a visa refusal letter from the Embassy must be included to be eligible. No refunds will be made after this date or without a visa refusal letter.
Notification must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org for refunds to be eligible.
