The registration fee includes:
- Access to the conference centre for the duration of the Congress
- Access to the Exhibition
- Access to all sessions
- Access to all instructional courses (Please note, there is an additional charge for wetlab courses)

REGISTRATION INFORMATION - DELEGATES
Delegates must create an account to register for the 37th Congress of the ESCRS. If you are speaking at the Congress or presenting a paper or poster there may be an account already set up for you in the system. If you do not know the login details for this account please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note your membership login details are separate to your registration details.
All registration packages must be assigned to a delegate within 10 days of purchasing packages on your group account.
On the first page of registration please indicate that you are registering a group. Enter the contact information for the company that you would like to appear on the invoice. Choose the required packages for your group and complete your group registration by assigning them to the participants and entering the individual delegate information. Please insert the company email address into the secondary field provided.
Please note, a valid and unique email address is required for each registration. This is very important to ensure that participants have the best Congress experience which relies on timely and quality communication. This may include extra content, sending invitations, competitions and opening or continuing discussions with exhibiting companies.

ESCRS Member - Available only to current members of the ESCRS.
ESCRS Non-Member - Available to ophthalmologists and medical doctors.
Trainee (Age limit is 35) Available to all trainnes/residents under 35 years of age. A letter of verification from department chairperson or clinical supervisor is required at the time of registration, along with photo ID and proof of date of birth.
Ophthalmic Nurse / Technician - Available only to ophthalmic nurses, technicians, assistants and orthoptists. Documentation is also required for this registration type. Work ID or letter from your hospital.
Healthcare Professional - Includes optometrists, practice managers, PhDs, MBAs, healthcare administrators, office support staff, ophthalmic photographers and other healthcare professionals. Commercial representatives are not entitled to pay this fee. Documentation is also required for this registration type. Work ID or letter from your employer or hospital.
Corporate - Available to commercial representatives and corporate personnel who have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending, but do not have a product or service to exhibit. No solicitation is permitted. Employees of exhibiting companies are not entitled to pay this fee and must register via the relevant contact from their company.
REGISTERING FOR WETLABS - more...
Due to the huge demand for places on wetlab courses , we can only hold your place on the course for 10 days without payment. If we have not received payment within 10 days we will have to offer the place to other delegates.
Wetlab registrations must be made in the individual's account. You cannot register for wetlabs in a group account.
Delegates who are registered in a group account can contact email@example.com for their login details to purchase courses/wetlabs.

Registration and wetlab fees must be paid in full within 10 days. When completing payment by bank transfer please send the confirmation of transaction to firstname.lastname@example.org which must include the name and user ID of the attending delegate.

Cancellation Policy - Applies to registration and wetlab packages
- Registrations cancelled by Aug 7th will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled between Aug 8th and Sept 4th will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled after Sept 4th will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made in the following ways
- For payments received by credit cards, the same card will be refunded.
- For payments received by bank transfer, refunds will be made to the same bank account. Please note there may be a delay processing bank transfer refunds and all costs associated with the transfer will be charged to the registrant.
Failed visa application: Cancellations from delegates after a bona fide failed visa application will be refunded the registration fee providing the registration department is notified by 2th October 2020.
Notification must be received in writing to the Registration Department and include a visa refusal letter from the embassy for refunds to be eligible. Cancellation policy applies to registration and course fees.
