Abstract Details

Demonstrate and discuss the use of anterior segment OCT and intracameral air during pediatric anterior segment operations including DSAEK for unilateral Peter's anomaly.

Introperative intervention, Cole Eye Institute, Cleveland Clinic Foundation

A 6 mm corneal lenticule was inserted into the anterior chamber and attached to the recipient’s stroma after intracameral air injection The anterior chamber was pressurized several times to improve attachment of the graft to the stroma and allow fluid to drain from the interface

Use of anterior segment OCT facilitated monitoring of graft adherence under air during DSAEK for Peter's anomaly.

The success of this technique offers new information on non-penetrating grafts for select cases of Peter's anomaly. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE?: No
