Hotels for Milan 2012

Demand for hotels will be high due to the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO SANTANDER D'ITALIA 2012 taking place from September 7 - 9th in Monza just outside Milan.

We strongly advise all delegates and exhibitors to make hotel bookings early. A large number of bedrooms at reasonable rates have been secured in Milan for delegates and exhibitors and are available to book online

We will require full stay prepayment for your hotel reservation. Therefore, 2 nights deposit should be paid upon booking and two months before the congress you will be requested to pay the remaining nights in order to guarantee your stay.

For group bookings (10 and up). please contact us at Milan2012@it.kuoni.com . Please note that there will be an additional 3% handling fee added to your group booking from 10 rooms onwards.

Cancellation Policy for Individual booking
Notification of cancellation and changes must be made in writing to Kuoni.

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation:

- June 1st , 2012: your stay can be cancelled without any charge

- From June 2nd to August 1st, 2012: 2 nights deposit as a cancellation fee will be charged

- From August 2nd 2012: no cancellation is possible, whole stay will be charged

Please note, that in case of non arrival your hotel reservation
will be cancelled automatically after the first night.
All refunds for hotel reservations will be made after the congress.
