Enjoy the beautiful scenery on the drive to Sintra, passing by Queluz In Sintra. You will have free time in the Village Historical Centre and a chance to visit the Royal Palace. Then a visit to Roca Cape , the western-most point in Continental Europe, Guincho, and Boca do Inferno. You will stop at Cascais, a typical fishing port, and then pass by cosmopolitan Estoril, with a panorama of the gardens of the Casino. Then drive back to Lisbon along the beautiful Estoril Coast.


 


MONDAY 12th SEPTEMBER     -    14.30 to 18.30     -   Price - €50

 

Cross the bridge over the Tagus, and have a superb view of Lisbon. Visit the old Castle of Sesimbra and admire the beautiful scenery of this fishing town. At Azeitão, visit and experience wine tasting at the Jose Maria da Fonseca Cellars, counted amongst the most modern in the world and producing some of the best known Portuguese wines, such as the BSE white, the Periquita, Pasmados and Quinta de Camarate, in both red and white, and the world-famous “Lancers”. The superb Muscatel is also produced here. Visit a handcraft centre and admire its “Azulejos” (hand-made glazed tiles). Driving over Arrábida mountain, a unique nature reserve, you will have a breathtaking panoramic view over Setúbal and Tróia. Stop at Pousada do Castelo in Palmela. Return to Lisbon via the Vasco da Gama bridge.
