Section 1   - Is Cataract Surgery a Refractive Procedure Today? 60 minutes

Moderator: George Waring

Speakers: Steve Brint, Lucio Buratto, Thomas Neuhann, Richard Lindstrom, Marie-Josè Tassignon

Each speaker will have 10 minutes for presentation, plus 10 minutes for Q&A (at the end of the session).

Suggested topics: accommodative IOLs, diffractive/refractive IOLs, biometry, patients' expectations, quality of vision after IOL implant

 

Section 2 - Creating the Best Laser Ablation. 60 minutes

Moderator: John Vukich

Speakers: Perry Binder, Michael Mrochen, Ioannis Pallikaris , Emanuel Rosen, Steve Schallhorn

Each speaker will have 10 minutes for presentation, plus 10 minutes for Q&A (at the end of the session)

Suggested topics: femtosecond laser, pupillometry, Epilasik/LASIK/LASEK, Zernicke and beyond, evaluating quality of vision.

 

Section 3 - How Did I Manage My Worse Refractive Surgery Case? 75 minutes
