INSURANCE
Delegates are advised to take out travel insurance to cover medical expenses,
accidents, loss etc. No responsibility will be accepted by the Congress Organisers.

ENTITLEMENTS
Payment of the ESONT registration fee entitles delegates to participate in
the ESONT Free Paper Sessions and Symposium, to attend the scientific
sessions of the ESCRS Congress, and to enter the exhibition.
Admission to the Congress Welcome Reception is also included.
There is an additional charge for participation in the courses and wetlabs.

REGISTRATION DESK
Delegates will receive their Congress Pack (badge, final programme,
book of abstracts) at the registration desk in the Stockholm International Fairs and Congress Centre. Registration will open on Friday afternoon, 7 September. The registration desk will be staffed throughout the official Congress hours.

EXHIBITION
The Congress will be accompanied by a commercial exhibition which
will open on Saturday 8 September.
