Eye Clinic "Den, Sofia, Bulgaria
Triple-DMEK (DMEK with simultaneous cataract surgery) was performed in five eyes with coexisting cataract and Fuchs" endothelial dystrophy by one surgeon. Main outcome measures: graft dislocation, air reinjections, IOP, corneal transparency, visual outcomes.
In the early postoperative period an air bubble had to be injected in three patients. In two patients postoperative donor disc dislocations were found and in three there were detached grafts.
