The purpose - to study efficiency of elimination of decentred IOL to a crystalline lens bag.

Under supervision there were 7 patients with clinically significant decentred IOL by which earlier - 3-5 months ago have been executed phakoemulsification of the cataracts. Patients complained of the expressed discomfort, doubling and low visual acuity. At all patients was decentraition of IOL as "rising sun" with free moving ??? under an iris of the eye on a surface of a capsular bag. The rests of a forward capsule were densely connected with a back capsule of a crystalline lens. Visual acuity before operation was 0,03-0,2.
The technics of operation consisted in formation in the centre of a back capsule of a crystalline lens of an aperture, diameter 4,0-4,5 mm through paracentesis with a tip of vitractor 25-gauge. Then with two instruments through paracentesis restrained optics IOL in an aperture on a back capsule, and the gaptics of IOL remained anterior from a capsular bag; by a principle of placing of a klips-lens. At all patients was reached good centration of IOL and its stable position, absence of visual discomfort. Stable results are tracked throughout 6-24 months. Visual acuity has raised to 0,1-0,5.
The method of klipping deployed IOL on a back capsule of a crystalline lens allows to reach good and stable centration of deployed IOL.
