Phacoemulsification candidate was included and divided as ORGC group and manual group. Open Ring Guider was inserted for CCC. Photoshop & ImageJ program was used for analysis of size, location, circularity, decentration of CCC during and after surgery.
Size of the CCC was lager in ORGC group than in manual group. CCC of ORGC group was more regular. Deviation of the CCC was less in ORGC group than manual group, and circularity was significantly better in ORGC group than the other group.
