The official language will be English.

Insurance
Delegates are advised to take out travel insurance to cover medical expenses, accidents, loss etc. No responsibility will be accepted by the Congress Organisers.

Entitlements
Payment of the ESONT registration fee entitles delegates to participate in the ESONT Free Paper Programme, to attend the scientific sessions of the ESCRS Congress, and to enter the exhibition. Admission to the Congress Welcome Reception is also included. There is an additional charge for participation in the courses and wetlabs.

Registration Desk
Delegates will receive their Congress Pack (badge, final programme, book of abstracts) at the registration desk in the ExCeL Centre. Registration will commence on Saturday 9th September at 7.30 am. The registration desk will be staffed throughout the official Congress hours.

Exhibition
The Congress will be accompanied by a commercial exhibition which will open at 10.00 am on Saturday 9th September.
