The XXVI Congress of the ESCRS will take place from Saturday 13 – Wednesday 17 September 2008.The Exhibition will also take place from Saturday 13 – Tuesday 16 September 2008 and the exhibition schedule is listed below.

APPLICATIONS FOR EXHIBITION SPACE
Applications for exhibition space must be made on the enclosed Official Exhibition Reservation Form.This form must be accompanied by a 25% deposit and must be received by the ESCRS Office on or before Friday 21 December 2007. Applications will not be processed unless accompanied by the appropriate deposit. Final booth space payment is due by 31 March 2008.

Please note that your booth can be reallocated after this time unless payment is received in full. Please also note that all outstanding invoices from previous congresses must be settled in order for your booth reservation to be processed.The minimum amount of space that can be reserved is six metres, unless prior agreement is made with the Organisers.

ALLOCATION OF SPACE
Exhibition space will be assigned on 1 April 2008. Booth locations will be assigned according to points accrued by exhibiting companies during 2007.Please note that requests for placement away from other exhibiting companies may limit booth positioning.


RATES
The rental of booth space is €700 + VAT per square metre for space only. Shell schemes, furniture and fittings and other extras can be hired at additional costs, details of which will be sent to you on receipt of full booth space payment.

Booth rental includes:
1. Space only
2. Company and Product Listing in the Final Programme
3. One Priority Point per €1000 spent on booth space rental

• Preliminary Programme available on-line 29 February 2008
• Deadline for balance of booth space payment 31 March 2008

• Deadline for Product Listing Form for inclusion in Final Programme 1 June 2008
• Deadline for ordering optional extras 18 July 2008
