Searching for a company?

If you want to find your exhibiting company in a hurry then check out our exhibtion floor plan for Stockholm 2007.

The European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS), a leader in the worldwide ophthalmic community, is a not-for-profit organisation founded to enhance and assist the study and practice of ophthalmology. The ESCRS offers a unique forum for discussion and learning to meet the professional and continuing educational needs of its members.

The most prominent and central activity of the Society is its Annual Congress. The most recent ESCRS Congress in London was the most successful ESCRS to date attracting over 5,000 delegates from more than 100 countries around the globe.

The largest ophthalmology congress in Europe, the ESCRS featured a comprehensive programme of activities and events to keep the delegates busy, including more than 100 courses, 5 main symposia, in excess of 600 free papers and almost the same number of posters. In addition, a record number of companies participated in the Industry Exhibition.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite your company to participate at the XXV Congress of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, which will be held at the Stockholm International Fairs and Congress Centre, 8 – 12 September, 2007. Each year the ESCRS joins with the local national Society in organising this meeting. In Stockholm we will be working with the Scandinavian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery to help ensure an extra special meeting for delegates and exhibitors alike. The Annual Congress of our sister organisation, the European Society of Ophthalmic Nurses and Technicians (ESONT) is also held at the same time as our Annual Congress.

The ESCRS Congress is the ideal event for reaching over 5,000 practicing ophthalmologists from Europe and around the world. The continued success of our congress depends very much on the support we receive from the ophthalmic industry. Sponsorship and advertising are only a few of the ways that your company can increase its exposure amongst the international ophthalmic community and actively contribute to the success of the congress. I hope you will join us in Stockholm for the XXV Annual Congress of the ESCRS and thank you once again for your continued support.

Yours sincerely,

Mary D’Ardis
Chief Executive
