Operations were done in complicated cases including: pseudoexfoliation syndrome, uveitic cataract, mature and hypermature cataracts, intraoperative floppy iris synd (IFIS), lens coloboma , scleral fixated glued IOL. Complex cases included cataract surgery combined with pars plana vitrectomy or management of subluxated lenses using capsule stabilizing device.
